Responsibilities: ● Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. ● Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to gather necessary onboarding documentation and information. ● Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, benefits, and job responsibilities. ● Facilitate new hire training sessions and ensure employees have access to necessary tools and resources. ● Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding period. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve efficiency. ● Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee data in HR systems. ● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to onboarding and employee experience. ● Assist in offboarding processes as needed, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees. ● Manage the End to End Office Administration and maintain proper reports for the same. ● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Requirements: ● Proven experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or similar role, preferably in Indian-based IT Start-ups. ● In-depth knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies, and employment laws in India. ● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams. ● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. ● Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite. Qualification required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
