Team Leader (International and Domestic)

INTERNATIONAL TL: Minimum 2 years of Experience in team handling of International Voice and Non-Voice campaigns.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer-centric.
Should have exp both in sales and customer care projects.
Effective training skills – the ability to teach and train other individuals.

DOMESTIC TL: Minimum 2 years of Experience in team handling( Preferably from Real Estate or Outbound calling background).
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, customer-centric.
Should have exp both in sales and customer care projects.
Effective training skills – the ability to teach and train other individuals.
