As a Senior HR Operation and Admin Executive (Female Candidates), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration and operation of our human resources functions. You will work closely with the HR Manager and other managers to support our employees and promote a positive work environment. Responsibilities:
● Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
● Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams to gather necessary onboarding documentation and information.
● Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company culture, policies, benefits, and job responsibilities.
● Facilitate new hire training sessions and ensure employees have access to necessary tools and resources.
● Serve as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding period.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding processes and improve efficiency.
● Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and employee data in HR systems.
● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to onboarding and employee experience.
● Assist in offboarding processes as needed, ensuring smooth transitions for departing employees.
● Manage the End to End Office Administration and maintain proper reports for the same.
● Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or similar role, preferably in Indian-based IT Start-ups.
● In-depth knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies, and employment laws in India.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
● Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Qualification required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Must have minimum 2–4-year experience in same profile
● Candidate must be comfortable working 6 days a week.
● This is an on-site opportunity (HSR Layout, Bangalore)
Annual Compensation – INR 360,000 – 450,000
