Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in New International Client Acquisition & Onboarding from Recruitment Industry.
Sales and BD to build new clients by using cold calling techniques, email, referrals, etc.
Identify new clients for providing staffing solutions.
Understand the client’s requirement and source candidates with help of the recruitment team
To develop a deep understanding of the Staffing \/ Recruitment Industry processes and the Client Profile.
Will be responsible to acquire New Clients for the company.
Tracking new companies in various industry verticals, placing proposals & getting the MOUs signed.
Enhance service relationships with existing clients.
Keep track of weekly calls and appointments.
Be responsible for maintaining client relationship and meeting client expectations.
Process all correspondence & paperwork concerning all the clients.
Arrange \/ Prepare proposals & contracts for clients.
Develop relationships with hiring\/business managers of clients
Excellent Communication Skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
